Morning Crew Kindness Campaign – we need your help!

The bay 93.9 Morning Crew with Mark & Mill have kicked of the Morning Crew Kindness Campaign by asking for your assistance to help the vulnerable in our community.

We would love to you drop a little something into your trolley next time you’re shopping for the St. Andrew’s Corio Food Share.

St Andrew’s Corio runs an emergency food relief programme located in the Food Share Shed behind the Church Bridge Op Shop at 108 Bacchus Marsh Road, Corio.The Food Share Shed provides emergency food parcels to people who live in Corio,BellPark,BellPost Hill, Lara, Lovely Banks, Norlane, North Geelong, North Shore and Rosewall.The Food Share Shed is open Tuesday to Friday inclusive from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. No appointment is necessary to receive a food parcel.This programme is currently experiencing high demand and food is literally walking off the shelves. St Andrew’s Food Share Shed is asking if people would be able to donate goods to assist with meeting the high demand for our Food Share programme. Non perishable goods are particularly needed such as pasta, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, tinned fish, tinned soup, tinned fruit and vegetables, baked beans and spaghetti, jam, vegemite, peanut butter, stir fry and pasta sauce, two minute noodles, rice, cake mixes, biscuits, long life milk, cordial, dishwashing detergent, personal hygiene products, dog and cat food.Donations can be delivered to the Food Share Shed, rear of 108 Bacchus Marsh Road, Corio, any time Tuesday to Friday inclusive between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
