The Fred Hollows Foundation Humanity Awards honour Year 6 students who demonstrate compassion, integrity and kindness, while the Fred Awards shine a spotlight on inspiring adults who are carrying forward Fred Hollows’ legacy. 

Together, these awards remind us of Professor Fred Hollows’ enduring belief in equality, humanity and the power of everyday people to create positive change. 

Founding Director Gabi Hollows said, “The Fred and Humanity Awards are a testament to Fred’s deep faith in the goodness of everyday Australians. He would be incredibly proud.”    

The Foundation invites you to join them virtually to celebrate the achievements of this year’s finalists from across the country and be inspired by their incredible stories.
