Step into a day of country fun, community spirit and classic festival charm at the 2026 Deans Marsh Festival!

Held every March since 1994, the festival celebrates the rich history and vibrant community of Deans Marsh. What began as a traditional gymkhana and pioneer gathering has grown into one of the region’s most loved community events — a relaxed, family-friendly day packed with entertainment, food, music and local talent.

On Sunday 22 March, 10am – 3pm at the Deans Marsh Memorial Reserve, the reserve comes alive with 50+ market stalls showcasing regional produce, handmade goods, local art and delicious food. Enjoy live music all day thanks to Surf Coast Amplify Youth, plus vintage cars and farm machinery, Devonshire teas in the hall, and a buzzing festival atmosphere.

Families will love the FREE Fun Farm animal nursery, FREE giant slide, pony rides and face painting (gold coin), along with a dedicated sensory quiet zone. Don’t miss the classic country competitions — the Deans Marsh Gift, Bird Call Competition, the famous Dog Jump, the legendary Sheaf Toss, and a brand-new Dog Obstacle Course.

Grab a drink at the Cricket Club bar, explore the SPaRK Art Gallery exhibition, and cheer on the games in the oval.
