This year’s event is set to be bigger and better than ever, bringing together families, community groups, and advocates for a powerful day of connection, awareness, and fun.

 Special Feature: Alan from “I Walk for Men’s Mental Health”
Alan will arrive at the Showgrounds on the day, walking from Ballarat to Geelong after recently completing a walk from Ballarat to Canberra to raise awareness at Parliament House. His journey embodies the spirit of resilience and advocacy this event celebrates.

This event is more than just a fun day out — it’s about breaking stigma, raising awareness, and supporting free weekly men’s mental health programs run by Complete Health Geelong.
