Lorne Sculpture Biennale 2025: STRATA

Immerse yourself in a world of thought provoking creativity at the 2025 Lorne Sculpture Biennale titled ‘STRATA’. 

The free exhibition lets you see Lorne like never before, with 16 Australian artists showcasing a series of site-responsive artworks to explore how contemporary art can respond to, articulate, and augment our experience of place along the iconic Great Ocean Road in Gadubanud Country. 

Not only will this year’s exhibition feature spectacular sound, light, and architectural artworks, but also three additional programs – Sculpture+, Tidal Movements and the Small Sculpture Exhibition – for visitors to enjoy. These programs will run for the duration of the exhibition and allow visitors to engage with artists, try their hand at creating a masterpiece, and explore smaller scale works for kids and collectors alike to enjoy.
