Local service station APCO wants to redevelop its East Geelong site.
A planning proposal currently before the City of Greater Geelong includes demolishing part of the Ormond Road building and constructing a new facility, that will have a new console service area, purpose-built cafe, seating area and alfresco dining.
The planned cost is expected to be $500,000.
