A man has stolen a car with a camper trailer and annexe attached on the Great Ocean Road.
Police have been told two people and two dogs were sleeping in the annexe at a rest stop in Cumberland River when the theft happened in the early hours of Sunday.
A woman suffered minor injuries after being dragged inside the annexe for a short distance before falling onto the road.

A man was inside the camper trailer until the vehicle broke down in Lorne.
The offender then ran off.
A dog feared missing was found by nearby campers and safely returned to his owners.
Police are asking anyone with information on the theft or who may have dash cam or CCTV footage to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
