Charges have been laid over an early morning siege in Armstrong Creek on Monday.
A man was taken into police custody after he allegedly barricaded himself into a property on Monday morning, only leaving after negotiating with police.
“He was later arrested without incident,” police said in a statement.

“There were no injuries.
“The 26-year-old has since been charged with aggravated assault and reckless cause injury.”
The man faced court yesterday.
