Coaches replace trains on local services

All V/line services on the Geelong and Warrnambool lines will be replaced by coaches over the weekend.

From 8pm Friday 15 August until the last service on Sunday 17 August, travellers will face lengthier journeys with coaches in place for the entire route.

V/Line will conduct train maintenance works over the weekend, with passengers encouraged to allow an additional 60 minutes for their trip.

There will be a mixture of express trips and services stopping at all stations.

Coaches will arrive and depart in the Southern Cross Station terminal located on Spencer Street.

Trains will resume as normal from the first service on Monday 18 August.
