Complaints to the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman have decreased slighty over the last year, however complaints about Optus rose following its data breach.
Figures released by the Ombudsman show Wyndham was one of the highest areas in Victoria to complain about Telcos.
There were 788 reports in the municipality, with locals angry about delayed or no action by their providers, and service and equipment fees.

There were almost 550 complaints made in Greater Geelong and 65 on the Surf Coast.
The Ombudsman says phone users were also concerned about financial hardship.
