An 84 year old woman will front Geelong court today to answer charges over a fatal crash earlier this year in Teesdale.
A six year old boy walking to school was struck and killed on March 27.
Police allege that the car failed to stop at the scene.

Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit laid charges earlier this week.
The woman charged with failing to stop, failing to render assistance, and failing to report a collision.
She was bailed to attend court today.
