The incident follows three similar fires earlier this year, where vacant and ready-to-be-demolished homes were reportedly set alight.
Crews were called to the most recent incident along Telstar Court at around 1.45 pm, finding the house well alight.
Firefighters worked to control the flames, deeming the incident under control within 30 minutes, remaining on the scene until 3.50 pm.
No one was inside at the time and there were no reported injuries.
Police say they are treating the fire as suspicious.
The blaze follows incidents at empty houses in the same vicinity earlier this year.
The vacant homes reportedly set on fire include two along Explorer Court and one in Solar Drive – in January, February, and April.
