Emergency services have been called out to another house fire in Norlane.
Four trucks attended a property under construction Bellbird Avenue after receiving a call just after 6am.
Crews arrived to find the property involved, and were able to bring the blaze under control within 15 minutes of the initial call.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Bellbird Avenue intersects at its southern end with Sparks Road, which has seen five fires in the past three weeks being treated as suspicious.
There is no suggestion the fire on Bellbird Avenue is linked to any other blazes in the area.
Emergency services also yesterday attended a blaze on Brooks Road, while a person died in a blaze on Thompson Road earlier this week.
Three people have subsequently been arrested over the Thompson Road blaze.
