Trains are not running between Geelong and Waurn Ponds due to an equipment fault.
The Department of Transport says crews are working to fix the issue at Marshall.
The Surf Coast Highway has reopened after being closed for a time this morning between Heyers Road and Baanip Boulevard.

V/Line says trains are continuing to operate between Geelong and Melbourne.
However, passengers at other stations including Marshall and South Geelong are being encouraged to use local bus services to get to trains at Geelong.
Commuters are also being advised of allowing extra time for their journey.
