A flood watch has been issued for rivers around the Otways and Surf Coast, as the region gets set for a large amount ranifall to start the week.
Forecasters are predicting between 60 to 90 mm of rain could fall before Tuesday in some areas of the Otways, potentially causing a rise in local catchments.

A low in the Tasman Sea will move towards Victoria and Tasmania over the next few days, with a series of troughs crossing southern parts on Monday and Tuesday.
This will bring showers, tending to rain, across the flood watch area.
Meantime a severe weather warning for damaging winds is still active for parts of the Otway coast near Apollo Bay and Cape Otway.
