One person has been taken to hospital after a four vehicle collision on the Geelong Ring Road.
One occupant was mechanically trapped and crews worked to extract them from the vehicle.
They were then placed into the care of Ambulance Victoria and transported to Geelong Hospital in a stable condition.

The incident took place southbound, near the Hamilton Highway in Fyansford, at 3:50pm on Thursday and caused massive traffic delays.
CFA crews declared the scene safe at 4:24pm.
