A P-Plater has had his Toyota Hilux impounded after allegedly being caught doing donuts around South Barwon Reserve.
Police were patrolling the Breakwater area in the early hours of Saturday, when they noticed the vehicle.
Officers intercepted the 18-year-old driver behind the wheel.

He was also found to have three peer passengers in the vehicle, which is a breach of his licence condition.
The Hilux was impounded for 30 days, and the driver is expected to face court down the track.
