Theres been an increase in the number of homes listed for sale in Greater Geelong.
Figures from CoreLogic show there have been 216 listings in the last four weeks.
That is compared to 162 this time in 2023, an increase of 33 per cent.

The median price for a home in the region is sitting at just under $800,00, which is down two per cent on last year.
CoreLogic says the above average could be linked to several factors, including rising levels of financial pressure.
