Seven years jail for a heavily intoxicated hoon driver involved in a fatal crash in Truganina last year.
A 45 year old man died when P plater Aladean Shahadat slammed into his car while doing a U-Turn at speed.
The driver then fled the scene.

The 24 year old pleaded guilty to culpable driving causing death.
The court heard the man’s blood alcohol content would have been between 0.191 and 0.215 at the time of the incident.
A P plater is required to be at zero.
He will serve a maximum of 10 years and six months in jail.
