Three men have been rescued off Point Lonsdale after their boat ran aground.
Emergency services were called to reports the vessel had run aground around 400m offshore late Thursday night.
The captain and two crew members from a Port Phillip Sea Pilot launch were found next to the boat, standing on rocks.

Police say the crew had evacuated into a life raft and were rescued early this morning.
Police, Ports Victoria and other authorities are on scene, hoping to get the boat off the reef today.
All boats are being asked to stay away from the area.
