Cats fans are being urged to fill out Eastern Beach reserve on Saturday for a grand final live site.
The city confirming they will paint the home of Carols by the Bay blue and white for the big day.
The city also to begin flying Cats banners across town from today.

“If you can’t make it to the MCG, join passionate fans at the Grand Final Live Site,” a social media post by copuncil said.
“This will be a family-friendly event where you can experience the buzz together and watch the match on the big screen.
“The pavilion will be open, but we encourage you to also bring your own food to enjoy.”
