Another step forward for Geelong’s new convention and event centre, with major building works complete.
Nyaal Banyul has been funded through the Geelong City Deal, with more than 1,400 jobs created during the construction phase.
The precinct includes a 1,000 seat theatre, meeting rooms and a public plaza.

The finishing touches, fit-outs and testing will complete the precinct before it opens to the public in July.
The facility already has conferences booked for later in the year.
The Crown Plaza hotel is now open at Nyaal Banyul.
