A number of local businesses have stood on the podium at the Victorian Tourism Awards.
The event was held on Thursday night in Melbourne, with Port Phillip Ferries taking home gold in the Major Tour and Transport Operator category.
The Avalon Airshow took out Hallmark Events, while the Q Train won for Tourism Restaurants and Catering Services.

Several businesses claimed silver including Adventure Park, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Hop It.
The winners will represent Victoria at the Australian Tourism Awards, due to be held in Western Australia in March.
