A man has been charged over an alleged police ramming and carjacking in Geelong.
A police car was allegedly rammed in Mackey Street, North Geelong on Tuesday morning.
While no officers were injured, a man took off in a black Volkswagon Golf

He was later found in Geelong’s CBD where he ran off.
Police say the man was arrested when he tried to get into another vehicle.
A 29-year-old from St Albans Park was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
He has since been charged with various offences including burglary, drug and weapons offences, car theft and criminal damage.
He is due to face court today.
