An East Geelong man has been charged over the alleged incident on Melbourne’s Bolte Bridge.
The 22-year-old is accused of spray-painting a ‘Pam the Bird’ tag on a pylon overnight, refusing to come down for almost nine hours.
The incident also caused traffic disruptions.

He was arrested just after 11am after surrendering to officers.
Police say the man is facing 13 charges including burglary, criminal damage, breaching bail conditions and conduct endangering life.
Officers will apply to have the man remanded in custody during an out of sessions court hearing this evening.
