A man has been charged over the alleged theft of a car and camper trailer on the Great Ocean Road, while two people were sleeping inside.
The couple inside the camper trailer had parked the vehicle at Cumberland River on August 20 when it was stolen.
A 20-year-old woman suffered minor injuries when she was dragged a short distance before falling onto the road.

A 20-year-old man was inside the trailer until the vehicle broke down in Lorne and the offender fled on foot.
Police say a 19-year-old man from Avalon was arrested on the weekend, and charged with offences inlduing reckless conduct endangering life and theft.
He was remanded in the Geelong Magistrates’ Court to reappear on September 26.
