Man charged over Kings Domain affray

A Werribee man will face court on Tuesday over his alleged involvement in the Camp Sovereignty attack.

The man is among seven now charged over the incident following the March for Australia event last Sunday.

“A 34-year-old Werribee man has today been charged with violent disorder, affray, assault by kicking and commit indictable offence on bail,” police said in a statement.

“He has been bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 9 September.”

So far seven men have been charged in relation to the incident.

A high profile man will return to court today as he seeks bail on his charges.
