Data from the Australian Financial Security Authority shows 37 people were declared insolvent in the last three months.
Greater Geelong had one of the highest numbers in regional Victoria, with 20 people facing insolvency over the same period.

Welfare group VCOSS says rising cost of living pressures is not helping.
It says Wyndham also has one of the highest poverty rates at just over 16 per cent.
