The cost of living pressures has not stopped people pouring money into poker machines across Greater Geelong.
Figures show more than $11.6 million was lost on pokies during July, compared to $10.7 million in June.
Geelong punters lost over $135 million on the machines during the last financial year.

Wyndham punters spent more than $11.2 million on pokies during July, over $1 million more than the year before.
Gamblers on the Surf Coast lost $334,000 in the month of July.
