A Wyndham man who took his 2022 Ducati motorbike “out for a run” has lost his licence for speeding.
The 29-year-old was spotted speeding on the Princes Freeway at Williams Landing this week by the police helicopter.
He was tracked to a home in Hoppers Crossing, where the Highway Patrol spoke to him.

While he said he wanted to take the new bike out for run, he has been fined $817.
The man also lost his licence for six months.
Police are urging drivers to slow down, especially as we head into the unofficial long weekend.
Operation Furlong will kick off on Friday until Tuesday night.
