Police are investigating whether a fire in St Leonards is linked to other suspicious blazes in the area.
Fire crews were called to a grass fire on Ibbotson Street just before 5.30am Thursday, having the incident under control within 20 minutes.
There was some damage to shrubs and grass, but no-one was injured.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
CFA crews were also called to reports of smoke coming from a campfire in Bells Beach around 8.40am.
They found a smouldering campfire under a tree, measuring around 1.5 square metres.
That was fully extinguished, with police notified.
