A parcel of land at GeelongPort is available to lease.
The organisation is after expressions of interest for the 38, 000sqm parcel of land, saying it is a chance for a company to design and build their own purpose-built facility.
The land on Crowle Street is next to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal.

GeelongPort says the site provides connectivity to the state’s supply chain, and could suit a user who can develop the area based on their operational needs.
Expressions of interest will close on November 1 at 5pm.
