Viva Energy has provided another update following the Corio refinery blaze.
The fire broke out on the night of April 15, taking around 13 hours to bring under control.
It has since been declared safe by emergency authorities.
Viva says it has been focused on securing the impacted units from the rest of the refinery, so works needed to restart the Residue Catalytic Cracking Unit (RCCU) can safely start.
It is expecting repairs to impacted units to take around six weeks, looking to have the RCCU and associated units back operating in June.
The company is assuring customers it has enough fuel stocks to cover the reduced production, and is expecting to maintain normal fuel supply.
Investigations into the cause of the fire is continuing.
