A teenager has injured in an assault in South Geelong over alleged stolen items.
Police were called to Moorabool Street around 1pm Sunday, finding the injured 15-year-old, and the offenders had taken off.
Officers believe the teen had been involved in an earlier incident at the nearby train station with the alleged offenders, where several items were stolen.
They say the group then approached the boy to get their items back.
Police say no weapons were involved in the incident.
The teenager was taken to hospital for observation.
