Tom Harley set to head to AFL House

Tom Harley’s move to AFL House is set to become official today.

As was first reported two weeks ago, the Cats premiership skipper to take over as the Chief Operating Officer of the AFL alongside CEO Andrew Dillon.

Harley set to wrap his time as CEO of the Swans to take the role, which he has held since 2019, having previously been GM of Football.

Harley played 197 games with Cats, including captaining the 2007 and 2009 premierships.

It’s the second big change in the league in recent weeks, with Greg Swann departing Brisbane to join the AFL executive team.
