Two men have been arrested after being caught trying to steal a car in Lara.
Police responding to a call around 1am that two men were attempting to steal a car from a workshop yard in Lara.
“Uniform and I&R units converged on Always There Automotive, Mill Road Lara in response to two offenders stealing a vehicle in a workshop yard,” police said in a statement.

“Two males were safely arrested at the scene, by both uniform and plain clothe detectives.”
Both men will be charged on summons.
