Two people have been charged after shots were fired at a home in Werribee last month.
It’s alleged three men exited a silver sedan a5round 9.10 on September 5, and fired shots at a window of a Powlett Street home.
Two men have now been charged – a third man remains outstanding.
“Six occupants were inside the property at the time of the incident and were not physically injured,” police said in a statement.
“Following extensive enquiries, police executed a search warrant at a property in Wyndham Vale on Friday, 26 September.
“A 19-year-old Wyndham Vale man was arrested and has since been charged with conduct endangering life, discharge firearm into residential premises, prohibited person possess firearm and discharge firearm in public place.
“A 21-year-old Wyndham Vale man was arrested last week and has been charged with conduct endangering life and discharge firearm into residential premises.”
Both men have been remanded to face court in January.
