Three Bandidos Bikie Gang members have been charged over a serious assault in Geelong last month, where two men were allegedly bashed inside a club.
The pair were set upon inside the James Street venue just after midnight Sunday October 22, with police saying a 38-year-old man was knocked unconscious while a 42-year-old man was bitten.
One of the men suffered serious facial and head fractures, police believe the attack was unprovoked and the parties were unknown to each other.
Detectives searched three homes in Winter Valley, Pascoe Vale and Maribyrnong as part of their investigation into the incident, arresting and interviewing three men, all believed to be patched members of the Bandidos gang.
A 29-year-old man from Winter Valley is facing several assault charges and will face the Ballarat Magistrates’ Court.
A 41-year-old Pascoe Vale man and a 44-year-old Maribyrnong man will each face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on similar charges.
Police say during the searches they also found several weapons including a samurai sword and taser, along with drugs.
