Police have arrested a middle-aged woman after what appear to have been random attacks on three people on Geelong’s waterfront.
Officers were called to a Deakin University carpark on Western Beach Road at around 12.30pm on Thursday.
They found three people who claimed to have been attacked by an offender who had then run off.

A 49-year-old woman from Corio was taken into custody several hours later.
