A woman has been taken to hospital following a crash on the Princes Freeway.
Emergency services were called to reports of a two-car collision at Little River, Melbourne bound, just before 8am.
Paramedics assessed a woman in her 20s at the scene before she was taken to University Hospital Geelong in a stable condition.

The CFA says crews were on scene to clean-up, with the incident under control within ten minutes and declared safe at 8.30am.
