A woman has suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car in Truganina.
Police say the woman was crossing Leakes Road around 4.30am Wednesday when she was hit by a white-coloured vehicle.
She was taken to hospital, while the Melbourne-bound lanes Leakes Road were closed for several hours.

The Westgate Highway Patrol believe a number of cars drove past the scene at the time.
Officers are hoping to speak to anyone who may have dashcam footage.
