Police are investigating an early morning armed robbery in Newcomb.
They have been told a man armed with a knife went into a service station on the Bellarine Highway just before 2.30 this morning.
The offender then threatened the worker, demanding cash and running off with an amount of money.

No-one was physically injured in the incident.
