A 14 year old Wyndham boy is in custody – charged over a serious assault and robbery in Altona Meadows at the weekend.
He’s one of four teens facing charges over the incident that left a 33 year old man in hospital with serious injuries.
He remains in hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

It is alleged the offenders then fled with the victim’s phone.
The teen has been remanded to face a children’s court.
Two fifteen year olds and another 14 year old have also bee charged.
Investigators are continuing to search for a fifth person believed to be involved.
