UPDATE: Nine civilians have died in a shooting at Bondi.
Police have confirmed 10 people are dead, including a gunman, while at least 12 others have been injured.
Police are also reportedly responding to a possible explosive threat at the scene.

People at the scene are being told to stay away from the scene.
NSW premier Chris Minns says the reports and images out of Bondi are deeply distressing.
There are also reports of a device being found at the scene which is being investigated.
Reports have also come out of Melbourne that Chanukah at Caulfield Racecourse has been cancelled out of caution.
Prime minister Anthony Albanese says his thoughts are with everyone impacted.
