Crews called to scrub blaze

Fire crews have been called to a scrub and grass fire in Drysdale.

Firefighters found a blaze under a pine tree near the Bypass around 7am.

The blaze had burned through an area of around eight metres by eight metres.

It was declared under control within 20 minutes, and safe by 7.40am.

CFA Unites from Drysdale, Mannerim and Wallington attended.
