The bureau of meteorology is predicting a cloudy one with a top of 19 in Geelong with things set to cool down in the lead up to the big day after some scorchers this week.

With the warm weather comes a warning about leaving vulnerable people and pets in our cars on hot days.
It’s been revealed that Tarneit (15) and Point Cook (12) are among the top 10 regions in the state in terms of call outs to people trapped in cars.
Ambulance Victoria’s state manager of regional emergency management Matt Coomber said though the overall number of incidents was down across the state, there are still major concerns.
“A parked vehicle can become deadly in minutes,” he said.
Inside a car, the temperature can double in minutes. That rapid rise can cause serious injury or death long before help arrives.
“Children are especially vulnerable because their body temperature rises three to five times faster than an adult.”
