One person has been taken to hospital after a car hit a power pole in Lara.
Emergency services were called to Elcho Road around 10.15am.
Fire Rescue Victoria says crews worked to ensure the safety of the scene, having the incident under control before 10.30am.

Ambulance Victoria says paramedics assessed one person, who was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital by road ambulance.
