Fire crews called to a blaze in Norlane have found a property well alight.
It happened on Thrush St around 11.45am Thursday, with firefighters on scene within five minutes.
Fire Rescue Victoria says the weatherboard property was well alight when they arrived, with the tin roof fully involved in flames.
A search of the property confirmed no-one was inside at the time.
The incident was under control by 12.20pm.
Ambulance Victoria says two people were assessed at the scene, with one patient taken to University Hospital Geelong.
Police say the fire is being treated as suspicious at this stage, and are asking anyone with any information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Emergency services were called to a suspicious car fire on the same street earlier this week.
