Police are investigating a second vandal attack on Geelong’s Queen Victoria statue in as many weeks.
The monument was found pushed off its column in Eastern Gardens on Thursday morning, with red paint splashed on the statue.
It is not known as this stage if it is related to the incident that happened on March 1.

The words ‘The Colony will Fall’ were painted on the monument, while red paint was also splashed onto it.
Anyone with information on either incident is being urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
