A young girl has died after being hit by a car in Werribee on Wednesday night.Emergency services were called to Shaws Rd. where it’s understood the child was struck just around 9.15pm.
Paramedics worked on the child, but she tragically died at the scene.

The female driver of the car stopped at the scene and she is assisting police.
Police are working to establish the exact circumstances of the collision and the investigation is ongoing.
